Terms of Use

Last updated August 5, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Mathscroll on the web and in mobile apps published by Eight Bits Technologies. By using Mathscroll, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mathscroll for your own entertainment and practice. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where forbidden by law to restrict), resell, or misrepresent the app as your own.

The service

Mathscroll is an offline-first math game. Features, difficulty, and presentation may change over time. We may update or discontinue the web or mobile apps. Because progress is stored on your device, updates or reinstalls can affect local data.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

Mathscroll, its branding, and original content are owned by Eight Bits Technologies or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

No warranties

Mathscroll is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eight Bits Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or progress stored on your device, arising from your use of Mathscroll.

Children

Mathscroll is appropriate for a general audience. Guardians are responsible for supervising younger players’ device use.

Stores

If you downloaded Mathscroll from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms’ terms also apply. In-app purchase rules (if any are added later) will follow the relevant store’s billing policies.

Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
